Beverly Wallace brings decades of service, discipline, and investigative skill to Smith & Bloom. A retired U.S. Navy veteran and Disabled Veteran, Beverly has transitioned her distinguished military career into a legal profession defined by precision, diligence, and a deep commitment to justice.
As a paralegal and legal investigator, Beverly has contributed to more than 100 criminal cases across Louisiana, ranging from theft to homicide, as well as post-conviction relief, innocence compensation, and wrongful incarceration matters. She is known for her meticulous case reviews, evidence analysis, and ability to uncover critical information through interviews, digital forensics, and crime scene reconstruction.
Her expertise extends throughout the 13 parishes of the Eastern District of Louisiana, where she has worked on cases in Orleans District Criminal Court and nearly every division of the 24th Judicial District Court. In addition, Beverly is a commissioned Notary Public with statewide jurisdiction, providing clients with an added layer of service and support.
